Purchasing Your Template
Select a template that flows best for your business + aesthetics. Enter the email address associated with your WiX account. If you don't have one, you can create a free account with just an email address.

Receiving Your Template
Within 48 hours of your purchase you'll receive an email from WiX inviting you to accept the transfer of your template. This invite expires after 3 days. Should that happen, email us to reissue the transfer.

Customizing & Launching
We recommend reading the Customizing Your Template pdf provided at the time of purchase. If you're not familiar with the WiX platform, fret not. Use the video tutorials to gain a better understanding on using the platform. Utilize the Launch Checklist and send that site out for all of your potential clients to see.

On which platform is the template built?We’ve selected WiX as our sole platform for designing website templates. WiX is extremely easy to use and they offer an array of built-in business solutions which fit most business’s needs.

Are your templates compatible with other platforms?Our website templates are only compatible with the WiX platform. It’s not possible to use this template on any other platform. However, creating an account is simple. You only need an email address to create a WiX account and to start customizing your template.

Can I apply this template to my current site?This template cannot be applied to your existing site. You will need to add your content to the new template. However, if you have a blog or an ecommerce store, you can easily import your products and blog posts from your existing WiX site to this template, provided you have the permissions to the site.

How do I remove ‘This site was created by JWHITE BRANDING from the top of the site?This tag will be removed automatically once a premium plan is assigned to the template. If you have a premium plan already, you can easily reassign that plan to your new template.

Do I need a Premium Hosting Plan?WiX offers a free hosting plan, but in order to use a custom domain and enable many of the business solutions (booking, e-comm, etc) a premium hosting plan is required. There are a variety of plans. Be sure to select one that supports the business solutions you require to run your business.

Which parts of the template should be customized?At a minimum you should replace the stock imagery & placeholder text with your own. When you purchase your template, you will gain access to resources such as royalty free stock image websites where you can source high res images for your site. The placeholder copy serves as a guide to assist you in copywriting. In addition to copy & images, you can also customize the following: Fonts Color palette Button styles Add or remove sections Duplicate pages & sections Add a store, blog, bookings, online programs & other business solution
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of this product, after the purchase you will not be able to cancel, and no refunds will be issued by JWHITE BRANDING.
